Sound, but No Picture
For instance, sometimes the screen can remain black despite the presence of sound. One simple test can check to see if your TV has any hardware defects. The steps include:
1. Checking input settings
2. Reconnecting cables on the back or side of the TV
3. Swapping out cables for possible dead ones

Troubleshooting Your Surround Sound
Does your sound system have no sound?
A silent speaker is often a common issue with your new sound system, and the source isn’t always easy to pinpoint. To help you, we have a few easy steps for you to follow:
Damaged or frayed wires can interfere with the quality of sound coming from your system. Also check if the insulation is inadequately stripped on the end for further investigation.
Do your speakers work in another electronic like a CD or MP3 player? Plugging your speakers into another working device can help you figure out the problem. If they still don’t work then the problem is in the speakers themselves and not your receiver.
Listen to your receiver with regular headphones. If no sound is heard then the issue is your receiver and not your speakers.
A quick fix may be all your need for your silent sound system. However, if you have any questions or think the problem requires professional experience, please feel free to call (between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or text us at 613-513-5494.
